Denmark has short, wild blond hair, black eyebrows, and drooping blue eyes. His mouth was noted to be drawn rather big, and he was drawn with a heroic image in mind. Denmark is said to be full of youthful vigor and humor, though he is also very stubborn and doesn't listen very well to others. As a result, he is known to be very controlling, bossy, and demanding, to the point where it is hard to get along with him. Like Sweden however, Denmark has since calmed down and now puts his energy towards social services and making furniture, though he still manages to get himself into trouble.

Finland is a man of average height with short, platinum blond hair with long bangs, and violet eyes. Finland is described as being a gentle, simple young man with a soft and mellow appearance, which hides an unexpected strength. He is said to be exceptionally resilient, especially when faced with extreme weather. Among the Nordic Five, he's often seen as the odd one out, due to his eccentric tastes

Sweden is a tall man with short, shaggy platinum blond hair and turquoise eyes. He also wears thin, rectangular glasses. He has a distinctive stare that many other characters perceive as menacing, a facial expression Sweden was once a viking and the "Conqueror Of The Baltic Sea", but now stands neutral in military matters; he has calmed down and currently puts his strength into welfare. He is silent and difficult to understand; his taciturnity is due to the fact that he was born in a cold area. Deep down, he is actually quite playful, but it's rarely shown because of his intimidating aura.

Norway has short, light blond hair and dark blue/indigo eyes. He sports a Nordic Cross barrette in his hair, and has a detached hair-curl that floats independently beside his head (which often has a dot that floats independently beside it). Norway is a mysterious man who speaks quietly and is reclusive from the everyday world. He is often shown to have a troll or fairy with him and has the ability to see and interact with various supernatural creatures. For this reason, some fans think that he and those who also believe in the supernatural (i.e. England and Romania) might possibly get along well. Iceland is his younger brother

He has blond hair, blue eyes, and thick eyebrows much like England's. Due to the fact that he isn't considered an actual nation, none of the others take him very seriously and this is a great annoyance to him. Because he is not recognized as a country and majority of other nations do not "notice" him, Sealand often goes through various methods to get noticed and recognized. Sealand believes that someday he will become a huge empire that even his brother will bow down to.
