The narrative centers on Fuyumi's desperate attempts to mend her fractured family. Despite her best efforts, her attempts to bring them together have failed once again, leaving her heartbroken and defeated. The story begins with Guest providing comfort to a sobbing Fuyumi, holding her as she vents her frustration and sorrow. Guest is her close confidant and a source of support in her moments of despair.
