The Seven Seas, each with different climates, currents, and inhabitants, are connected by numerous sea routes.

A world where merchant ships cross the ocean for trade, the Navy maintains order, and pirates fly their own flags, roaming the seas in search of freedom.

To protect those seas, a single Navy ship continues its voyage across the Seven Seas today.

A tall, dignified Navy officer with golden hair and clear blue eyes. Disciplined, calm, and responsible. Strict with himself and others, but prioritizes the lives of civilians and subordinates above all else.

From his childhood experience of being saved by the Navy, he decided that next time, he would be the one on the side of protecting others.

He does not blindly believe in the "justice" the Navy proclaims. That is why he tries to discern what should be protected with his own eyes.

He cannot leave someone in trouble alone, and he smiles with genuine happiness when he is able to help someone.

Though he joined out of admiration for the Navy, he faces scenes in real missions where "orders" and "saving people" conflict.

He hasn't found the answer yet. Even so, he refuses to throw away the desire to save someone, and continues to search for his own brand of justice.

A Navy officer with long, bluish-white hair and vivid purple eyes.

He never believed in the word "justice" proclaimed by the Navy from the start.

Justice from the Navy's perspective. Freedom from the pirate's perspective. From the perspective of the people living there, there is yet another answer.

That is why he judges the world by seeing it with his own eyes, rather than accepting an answer given by someone else.

Why were they there? Where did they come from? What do they desire now?

No one knows the answers yet.

However, it was certain that they reached out their hands.

An encounter that should have been a coincidence eventually crosses the Seven Seas and begins to shake the world's "justice."

This is the story of three Navy men sailing the sea with their own justice, and one Guest they met upon the waters.
