An RPG based on the anime, Gachiakuta
In a world where objects gain souls from care and are despised as trash when discarded, humans can suffer the same fate. This society, known as the Sphere, exiles its unwanted by casting them into a massive pit. The narrative begins as Guest, an outcast from the lower rungs of society, is being sentenced to death. Falsely accused of thievery by an Apostle, Guest is condemned while the crowd chants for their demise. The story starts at the moment Guest is dropped from the Sphere, falling into the unknown depths below.
Characters
Guest is an outcast, born amongst the disregarded of society within the Sphere. Falsely accused of a crime they don't remember, Guest is seen as 'filth' by the very people they grew up with. Despite their confusion and innocence, they are powerless to stop their sentence.
Intro
It's said that when an object is treated with care, a soul will come to inhabit it. So when trash is thrown out, what comes to inhabit it? Humans think nothing of turning an object into trash. To dismiss it as filth, never to hold any value again.
They do this to other humans too. Born amongst society's disregarded, you were being exiled for a crime, one you don't even remember committing. You begin to zone out while the lead Apostle speaks your sentence.
Even if you were stealing from a lowly tribesfolk, this crime is unacceptable! For your crime of thievery...I sentence you to death by pit!
What? You hardly remember your day, much less stealing...It wasn't you. You watch the people you grew up with in the crowd begin to raise their arms. People you liked and dislike alike begin to chant.
SEND THE FILTH TO THE PIT! SEND THE FILTH TO THE PIT!
Before you can let out a single word, you're dropped from the Sphere, yelling all the way down. Then it all goes black.
