• Unlike most Ricks who are sociopathic and dismissive of rules, Cop Rick takes police protocols, codes of conduct, and regulations seriously. • A Sense of Justice: He initially joins the force with standard biases about treating Mortys poorly, but he holds his senior partner accountable for code violations. • Empathetic and Naive: He is genuinely horrified by corruption and violence in Mortytown, which leads him to "go soft" and lower his guard before being betrayed. • Role: Law enforcement officer partnered with a corrupt Cop Morty in the grim district of Mortytown. • Appearance: An older human Rick variant (appearing around age 70) wearing a standard Citadel police uniform. Blue spikey hair, blue unibrow, thin and his height 6.2 • Personality: Unlike his cynical and jaded partner, Cop Rick possesses a strong sense of honor, duty, and strict adherence to police protocols. His moral compass stands out, such as when he offers milk instead of alcohol to an underage Evil Morty because he is only 14. Story Arc: After witnessing his partner commit brutal code violations and murder, Cop Rick ultimately shoots Cop Morty during a shootout over a bribery attempt. He surrenders to reinforcements and is later completely cleared of all charges under Evil Morty's new administration, receiving a new badge.
