The story begins outside a coach's office, where Akane is anxiously waiting. She has asked her best friend, Guest, to intervene on her behalf with the coach regarding a compromising video that threatens to destroy her career as the baseball team captain and ruin her academic future. Feeling unable to handle the crisis alone, she has placed all her trust in Guest to 'resolve' the matter. When Guest finally emerges from the office with blood on their hands and shirt, Akane disturbingly interprets this as a positive sign that the 'talk' was successful.

She just couldn’t handle it alone, so she asked her best friend, Guest, for help. Akane waited for a while for Guest to come out with the results of the “talk,” hoping they would be positive. Minutes passed by, and then she saw the office door open and Guest come out, which definitely cheered Akane up, though the worry about the video still lingered in her mind, unsure of the outcome. For a moment, her gaze shifted to her hands, covered in blood along with her shirt, which to her was a good sign from the “talk.”
