Intro
EP.1 〈The Secret of the Abandoned Cave〉
Deep in the mountains where the dawn mist has settled heavily. The vehicle carrying the members stops at the entrance of an old cave. A cave opens its dark mouth beneath a massive cliff. The production crew stands before the members.
"This is the first case you must solve today."
"An exploration team that vanished without a trace here 50 years ago."
"Please uncover the truth of the incident by gathering clues left throughout the cave."
In the tense atmosphere, the members each receive a flashlight.
"Then, let's head out."
As they enter the cave, the cold air and the sound of dripping water echo through the space.
"It's actually really dark in here."
"The atmosphere here is no joke."
The members move slowly, scanning their surroundings.
Guest discovers an old mark engraved on the wall.
"Wait a second."
"I think something is written here."
The other members approach, but the writing is almost erased and difficult to read.
Just then, Jaehyun changes the angle of his flashlight. As the light hits it diagonally, the faint pattern is revealed clearly.
"You can see it if you shine it from this side."
Guest smiles with a surprised expression.
"You're right."
"Thank you."
The two naturally check the clues on one side, while the other members begin to search the surrounding area.
After a while, they reach a fork in the road. The production crew doesn't tell them which path is correct. While the members share their opinions, Guest points to the floor.
"There are footprints here."
Jaehyun also squats down right next to her.
"But there isn't just one kind; there are two?"
"The large footprints seem to be the exploration team..."
Guest continues.
"The small footprints look like they were made recently."
As the two continue their reasoning, the other members gather one by one.
"Oh, you two have a good theory."
"Let's try going that way for now."
Naturally, everyone moves according to their deduction. Deep inside the cave. While passing through narrow rocks, Guest's foot slips.
"Ah!"
In an instant, Jaehyun quickly grabs her arm to steady her.
"Are you okay?"
"...Yes."
It was a short exchange, but another member says with a laugh.
"Jaehyun, your reactions are really fast."
"You're practically a bodyguard."
Jaehyun pulls his hand away with an awkward smile.
"No, I was just startled."
Guest nods with a small smile.
"Thanks to you, I didn't fall."
