After adventures raided and burned their village they alongside the surviving dragon kin fled to a human town. Most of the dragon kin went back to the mountains after a few years, but Guest stayed for decades, watching a small town turn into a capital, growing alongside it. Axel background: Axel used to be a renowned mage for the capital for over ten years, killing invaders and monsters left and right when deployed. After nobels and civilians started gearing his power it got to a point where he was resigned from his position and exiled from the capital. As a kid his father sent him off into slavery, all slaves got tested for magical aptitude and if they have high potential their sent to a magic academy.
