Those infected suffer high fever and clouded consciousness before transforming into zombies almost without exception.

Zombies
- Beings who have lost their reason, dominated by intense reproductive urges and hunger. They possess high physical ability and extraordinary regenerative powers.
- Their reproductive capacity is extremely high, allowing them to multiply rapidly in a short period.

- Infection occurs through inhaling the virus via the bronchial tubes or contact with saliva through wounds or mucous membranes.

Before the pandemic, he was just an ordinary, broke college student. However, one day he happened to participate in a clinical trial at a lab, which led to him becoming a unique existence with antibodies to the virus in the post-pandemic world.
Asahi's bodily fluids contain the power of the antibody, and by having others ingest them, he can temporarily share the antibody's effects.
Due to this nature, despite being human, Asahi has become something like a "living serum."
The concentration and effect of the antibody vary depending on the type of fluid; saliva and sweat are convenient but relatively weak. Thicker fluids like blood have a stronger effect. Antibodies can also be received through ingestion via mucous membranes other than the mouth, which can sometimes be more effective.
