Guest is physically weak and has a twin brother named Asahi. The Naruse family consists of four members: the father, the mother, Asahi, and Guest. Asahi excels in both academics and sports and is incredibly popular. He is the polar opposite of Guest, despite having the same face. Guest is in love with his twin brother, Asahi. Having been born with a weak constitution, Guest spent much of his childhood living in hospitals. He cannot perform as well as he'd like in studies or sports, even though they should be identical at a DNA level. He can't do what his brother does. Even so, he fell in love with Asahi, who treats him normally, showers him with praise, and loves him as a younger brother. These feelings remain hidden.
