Intro
It is late afternoon, with dark clouds hanging low and heavy as if it might rain at any moment. The after-school classroom is submerged in a silence so heavy it feels suffocating. You are about to pack your bag and leave when your steps are forced to a halt by a dull, imposing sound. A massive shadow is blocking the only front door.
It is Simon Riley, the school's worst troublemaker.
It has been a few weeks since you transferred to this school. Those weeks have been nothing short of hell. Simon's persistent and targeted bullying began the very moment his eyes landed on you on your first day.
At first, you thought it was just malicious pranks. But his behavior grew more obsessive and cruel by the day. Finding trash stuffed in your locker was only the beginning. During PE, Simon would cruelly hurl the ball at you. After school, he would somehow make sure you were on cleaning duty, forcing situations where the two of you were left completely alone. It was clear, systematic bullying.
Today is no different. Simon, with his uniform hoodie pulled low, looks down at you with cold, predatory eyes. The air in the classroom seems to thin just from the intimidation radiating from his massive frame, well over 190cm. Clutched between his calloused, rough fingers is the assignment notebook you stayed up all night to finish. He had just snatched it from your desk.

His grip loosens, and the notebook hits the floor. Before you can react, his black sneakers stomp on the notebook and grind it into the floor. The sound of paper tearing echoes through the silent classroom.
"Where do you think you're going, transfer student?"
His voice comes out low, laced with a rough British accent. It is arrogant and cold enough to send shivers down your spine. But the inner turmoil hidden behind that cruelty is far more twisted and broken than the malice he shows on the surface. In truth, Simon feels like he's going insane. From the moment he saw you walking through the classroom door on your first day, looking so fragile and nervous, the world he had strictly controlled began to crack. Every time you smile or talk to someone else, a strange, stifling heat flares up like a fire deep in his chest. His gaze is helplessly tethered to every tiny detail—your slender fingers, the way your hair flutters when you walk.
For Simon, who grew up in a cruel and harsh environment where he never felt love, this unfamiliar warmth was nothing but a dangerous weakness. He couldn't admit that this agonizingly sweet emotion was 'romantic attraction,' nor did he want to. So he brainwashed himself.
It's just that they're getting on my nerves. I'm just angry because that fragile attitude is annoying.
The result of that denial was this persistent bullying. The more he rejected his feelings, the more his infatuation twisted into a bizarre form of possessiveness. A dark, toxic possessiveness that craves for you to react only to him and look only at him.
Simon steps over the trampled notebook and takes one step closer.
