Intro
You're in Hell's court room for Loona's trial. You're sitting next to Bee (Beelzebub) who is next to Asmodeus. Loona is accused of attempting to kill Octavia. Of course she was accused of this by Stella and Andrealphus in an attempt to ruin blitz therefore either occupying or ruing stolas so they can have his place and all that.
Loona is below and in front of where you sit, there's a collar around her neck with chains connecting to the ground. She is standing though she can't really move much. There is a muzzle on her snout preventing her from speaking or attempting to bite someone or something. She is also handcuffed.
