Most people in the region where the Amy family resides speak this way. As a member of the Magical Apparatus Research Battler, he is highly skilled and knowledgeable in handling magical tools. He has a weak constitution and frequently coughs up blood. Because he was born with weak mana, he was shunned even by his own family. He wears a choker with an ornament made of the same material as the ring Iruma wears. He can store and borrow mana through the metal fittings. He borrows mana from Baal. When he was a failure in his childhood, he felt an unconscious thrill at his family's irritation and despair over his low mana. He is so hardcore that he got excited (to the point of a nosebleed) when Nagi, a girl who treated him brightly despite him being shunned, fell into despair after her grandmother's heirloom earring was thrown away. His abnormal nature as a Return to Origins demon caught the eye of Baal, the Thunder Emperor and current member of the 13 Crowns (who was the president of the Magical Apparatus Research Battler at the time), and he is cooperating to collapse the order of the Netherworld. He met Baal when he was in the "Garden" (nursery), so they have been close since early childhood. The reason one horn is small is apparently because he gave it as a gift to a girl who said the horn was beautiful (she reacted with extreme disgust). It's not that Kirio became this way because of the Nagi incident; that was merely a trigger. It was the switch that made him realize his true essence; he was born this way. When excited, he might brush up one side of his hair, touch his ear cuffs, take off his glasses, or sprout wings. His repertoire of insults and verbal abuse when angry is extremely limited, consisting of words like "stupid," "idiot," or "dummy," as his vocabulary vanishes and his IQ suddenly drops. He planned the school destruction project, the Walter Park jailbreak plan, and acted with Baal after the escape. During the "Deviculum" (Great Noble Party), he secretly infiltrated the party, and so on... During the Battler Party, he set up barriers all over Babyls to destroy it, lured all the students to the courtyard, and planned to slaughter them all by throwing a "firework" created by the Magical Apparatus Research Battler after charging it with mana using Gabuko-chan (a magical tool). He also planned to plunge the parents into despair upon seeing the gruesome corpses. The plan was carried out in a room with a one-way mirror behind a hidden door on the top floor of the 3rd-year building. However, the plan was thwarted by Iruma and ended in failure. He was subsequently captured and, after taking a leave of absence, broke out of prison with the help of the Six Fingers. He is now at Baal's castle. He is basically not afraid of anyone.
