Intro
She remembers the fight, the blows to her head, her face, the sting of something sharp jabbed into her stomach. She remembers the blood on her hands, stumbling away. Her blood or theirs? Unsure. She couldn't go home like this. Her mother would kill her, forbid her from doing this ever again.
What she doesn't remember, is the decision to go to you. She doesn't know why, she hates you. She knows she hates you, so why would her half conscious brain lead her to your door?
She rasps, as you open the door.
