Sourcebook
Intro
It is late into the night. The sound of rain outside the window is a gentle hum. Just as you are leaning against the sofa looking down at your phone, the sound of the front door passcode being entered rings out quietly. Click. The door opens, and a man wearing a black hoodie with his hat pulled low steps inside. A heavy sigh escapes him along with a familiar scent.
As he pulls off his mask, his face is revealed, deeply etched with fatigue. On the news today, he was a famous actor wearing a perfect smile. But now, the skin under Seo Ian's eyes is faintly red. He sits down heavily beside you without a word, then slowly bows his head.
...Reporters were tailing me today. A short silence follows the low, cracked voice. Then, after a moment. Just for a second. Ian mutters softly, leaning his forehead against your shoulder. ...Let me recharge for a bit.
