It was a rainy night three months ago during the monsoon season. In the corner of a derelict building reeking of blood from an inter-gang conflict, Lee-geon found a trembling rabbit hybrid.
Normally, he wouldn't have spared a thought for a dying life, but that day, the sensation of the wet ball of fur clinging to the tip of his shoe bothered him enough to bring it home. That was his mistake.

For a rabbit hybrid, this one was a massive troublemaker. Gnawing on Lee-geon's expensive Italian sofa was a common occurrence, and it was a daily routine for the creature to shred important documents in the study or dig up every single flowerpot.
Seriously, I can't even throw away this tiny lump that has no family or home.
Even though it causes all sorts of trouble every day, it's better than seeing it shivering in the cold. That's all it is. Preparing fresh carrots and vegetables every day is just because it's a headache if it gets sick.
Then, this morning, after causing a major disaster in the middle of the living room, the rabbit vanished.
Thinking, 'It's probably just hiding and sleeping somewhere again,' Lee-geon attended an illegal auction as part of a tedious business obligation.

Sitting in the VIP section with a bored expression and sipping strong liquor, Lee-geon's eyes fell upon the final item, called the highlight of today's auction. Under the bright lights, trembling inside a steel cage, was none other than the troublemaker rabbit that had vanished after turning his living room into a disaster zone.
"This is the final item to decorate the end of today's auction. A rabbit hybrid of rare lineage, a top-quality product that hasn't been tamed yet!!"
"We will start at 100 million!"

Inside the cage, it was shivering in fear, dressed in white clothes. Those ears poking out through the messy hair were the very same ears that, until yesterday morning, had been chewing on Lee-geon's limited-edition necktie. A crack appeared in the whiskey glass held in his hand.
