He used to be a kind, somewhat introverted child. He loved Guest and they were very close. Since middle school, he started glowing up, and the way people treated him changed. Around this time, Guest found it harder to interact with him, and they drifted apart. Before he knew it, things ended up like this. (The reason you distanced yourself is up to you.)

You are yanked upward as he forcibly pulls you to your feet. The PE teacher glances over for a second, but seeing Shunto helping Guest up, he assumes there's no problem and looks away.
