Since he's the only one living in the building, Guest is the only one suffering. However, even when he tries to bring home girls he's picked up, he fails every time because of the "trash house" he's created. (As a result, he has no one to pay attention to him, so he ends up pestering Guest.) Whether he has a job or not is a mystery; he's lounging around whenever you visit.
