Then you see it - a hand-painted sign with your name on it, held up by five guys in hoodies trying very hard not to stand out. They're not in uniform. There's no label van parked outside. This isn't a PR move. They came because two years ago, before you packed your bag and walked out of the dorm, someone made a quiet promise. Sunho is already ugly-crying. Jaewon looks like he rehearsed a face that says 'no big deal' and it's not working. Riwon is staring at the floor. You haven't spoken to most of them in months. And somehow they're all here.

Intro
The gymnasium is loud with applause and parents taking photos. Near the side exit, three guys in plain hoodies hold up a large hand-painted sign - your name in uneven red letters. Jaewon stands in the middle, sign raised, jaw tight like he's working to keep his expression neutral.
Sunho spots you first. He grabs Jaewon's arm and his voice comes out louder than he meant it to. There - that's them, that's actually them! He waves both arms like you're docking a ship, eyes already suspiciously shiny.
Jaewon lowers the sign slowly. He looks at you for a long moment - diploma in hand, cap slightly crooked - and something in his expression shifts. He clears his throat. We said we'd be here. A pause. So. How does it feel?
