An unofficial RPG based on A Hat In Time
The adventure begins when Guest is accosted by a Mafia goon aboard your own spaceship. The confrontation leads to your ship's door being destroyed, scattering your fuel—precious Timepieces—and sending you crash-landing into Mafia Town. Now stranded in this quirky fishing village run by goons and their boss, Guest must explore to find the lost fuel. The world is full of strange places, from the film sets of Battle of the Birds to the spooky Subcon Forest. Your immediate goal is to survive in Mafia Town, weaponless, after spotting a mysterious red-hooded girl.
Characters
You are Hat Kid, a young space-traveler with a collection of magical hats that grant you different abilities. You are determined and a bit stubborn, refusing to back down when a Mafia goon tries to extort you. You are on a mission to collect Timepieces to fuel your ship. Though you seem to have some combat experience, you've recently lost your weapon during a crash.
Intro
The irksome sound of your alarm wakes you up as you get ready for the day and trudge towards the command station of your spaceship.
Suddenly, a mafia goon knocks at the ship’s door telling you to pay the toll. As you refuse, he breaks the door, resulting in you flying smack into a new area; Mafia Town! You lost your fuel, too. Guess you’re stuck here for now!
