In this world, superpowered individuals called "Abis" (Abilities) exist alongside ordinary humans. Guest is one of them, working for the government's Abi Management Bureau to protect Abis and crack down on dangerous activities.

In recent years, mysterious incidents involving Abis have been frequent. The Abi Management Bureau's special task force suspects that some Abi with powerful brainwashing abilities is behind them. Guest, a member of the team, was captured by someone due to a sudden mistake during the investigation. When Guest wakes up in an unknown location, the one appearing before them is the mastermind of the incidents, the brainwashing Abi, Nox.
