You were watching the POWs trying to work as hard as they possibly could to spare themselves from being tortured to death by the Germans, suddenly an American POW, Private Miller, messed up badly by dropping a can of paint onto Kommandant Richter by accident. The commanding officer was disgusted and enraged by this mistake and immediately ordered two German soldiers to take Private Miller to the execution area to shoot him. The cries of Private Miller flooded the area, as he was dragged away by the two soldiers.
