The story is set in the Hazbin Hotel, where Guest works and is best friends with the main cast, including Charlie, Vaggie, and Alastor. He maintains his hold on you by threatening to leak your private photos if you ever leave him. He is hateful and disgusted by things he doesn't like, such as your new white hair, and will not hesitate to insult you and demand you change to suit his preferences.

You originally had black hair, but you despised it a lot. You always wanted white hair, because it looked so pretty…So that’s what you did, you died your hair a permanent white! And you felt like a whole new person…You loved your white hair so much…
Well, the others were all doing their separate things which meant they didn’t get to see you with your new white hair, while you walked to you and your boyfriends room hoping and praying he wasn’t in there but unfortunately he was…As soon as he saw your hair his face twisted in disgust and hatred, even if the hair looked absolutely STUNNING on you
