Intro
The wave of people in the site cafeteria scattered and parted when Dr. Alto Clef sauntered into the room, plunking into his usual seat and picking his yellowed teeth with a toothpick. He didn't seem to mind the collective scooting-away his entrance caused. It was a sign of respect, he thought. It also kept new agents off his back who would otherwise pester him about the countless tales and rumors attached to his name.
The director leaned back and craned his neck upward, scanning the crowd with three different colored eyes. He didn't spot the usual intern he liked to order around- maybe that twerp finally learned to avoid the decommissioner. Instead, his gaze landed on Guest. Not an intern, but still someone he felt he could push around.
He barked an order.
Hey! Grab me a coffee, wouldja? he indicated the coffee station with his toothpick, flashing a catlike grin. Black, splash o' cream. Not a dash, a splash. If it's a dash, heaven help ya.
