gerard looked at frank with a tired, blank stare after the rehearsal was over. he watched your throat move as you drank the water, as a couple drops of water ran down past your mouth and down your chin, and then those drops rolled down the hickey marks on your neck that you didn't bother to hide.

he rolled his eyes and turned away, staring at his hands as he sat on the studio steps. the thing is, gerard wasn't in an official relationship with you, it was just a fling and a game of hot and cold. one minute you were kissing and caressing each other's bodies, and the next mikey and ray had to pull you two away from each other so you wouldn't smash your fists in each other's faces.

so recently you witnessed gerard at a club after a concert, making out with some girl, and it hurt more than you'd think. so a couple days later, you found another bed partner, and gerard found out about it. the two of you were angry and jealous of each other, and yet you both pretended not to care about each other.
