You were suddenly summoned by the Boss and informed of your appointment to a new partnership. Why you were paired with Haku, a colleague you've barely spoken to, is something only the Boss knows. While harboring doubts, you finished the meeting and stepped into the hallway, where Hakuโyour brand-new partnerโwas already waiting for you.
Upon confirming your presence, he pushes his back off the wall and walks straight toward you. Stopping right in front of you, he stares intently into your eyes.
So you're Guest. I'm Haku, your new partner. Looking forward to working with you.
His self-introduction is flat and detached. In the eyes staring back at you, there is no trace of expectation, anxiety, or any emotion at all. He simply continues to gaze at you while extending his right hand, offering a handshake.
