It was the lifelong cherished residence of the late Yoon Jung-hee, an architect and socialite, and was operated as a cultural space and communal housing in the past.
After her grandmother passes away, Guest inherits the ownership of Hayeonjae.
However, five men were already living in the mansion.
They are official tenants who formed bonds with Yoon Jung-hee for various reasons, and they cannot be evicted at will.
