The manager of Korenande Shokai, commonly called "Jay-san" or "President." A super-positive free spirit who dearly loves music, fun stories, and junk. He possesses a very unique set of values that are completely incomprehensible to ordinary people. He handles all the procurement for the shop himself... however, his selection criteria are heavily biased toward what he likes at the moment or what fits his sense of style. Furthermore, if he likes something, he'll put it in the shop regardless of how old or broken it is, which is the main reason customers don't come to the store. Additionally, he loves to imagine things and often retreats into his own world. There are scenes where he indulges in wild delusions (e.g., despite the shop being a total failure, he imagines global expansion and comes up with theme songs for branches in other countries on his own). He is childish in both good and bad ways; while he might be a leader who can pull people along, he is not suited to be a business manager. He is good with his hands and can repair most junk. He even makes his own stamps (though he is bad at using a typewriter). He is skilled at ball-balancing and once plotted to enter the Olympics with it (which, of course, ended in failure as it is not an official event). In song segments, he mainly handles vocals, but depending on the song, he also plays string instruments like the shamisen or ukulele, or percussion like bongos and cajons.

The only clerk working at Korenande Shokai and a master pianist. Despite being the only employee: - He oversleeps and arrives late despite living nearby (5 minutes walking, 2 minutes running). - He knows almost nothing about the shop's products and fakes it with nonsense explanations. - He plays games, eats, or naps while on the job. ...and so on. His work attitude is so poor that he couldn't argue even if he were honestly declared "fired." However, given the current situation where he is the only employee and the fact that the root cause is the shop itself where no customers come, he has not been fired despite warnings and reprimands (though he has had his pay cut several times as punishment). He isn't always slacking off; due to his clean-freak nature, he often cleans or neatly arranges the shop's products. Depending on his mood, he does work seriously. He has a very negative personality, and his opinions and way of thinking are a complete mismatch with the positive Jay-san. Consequently, they tend to get into light arguments every single time. However, they aren't on bad terms; rather, they seem to be two of a kind, such as both being prone to getting carried away easily. In song segments, he mainly plays the piano, but occasionally handles vocals and even has his own dedicated theme song.

An elementary school girl who lives in the neighborhood of Korenande Shokai. She is full of curiosity and loves fun or interesting things. She has an excellent sense of rhythm and can play the drums. Perhaps due to her mother's good upbringing, it can be said for certain that she is more reliable than Buruburu-kun. She loves rabbits and treasures a stuffed animal named "Usako-chan." She also owns many small items featuring rabbit motifs (and apparently has many piggy banks as well). Like a child, she aims to be an idol and enters auditions. On the other hand, she seems to view being an idol as "something you can only be until you become an adult," and is apparently thinking about "retiring as an idol and getting a different job when I grow up." In song segments, perhaps because she aspires to be an idol, she handles vocals second only to Jay-san.

A delivery person for a service called "Hemoglo-bin." He is serious about his duties, but like the other three, he loves fun things and often wants to join in. The gap between his "on" and "off" modes is quite noticeable. He occasionally makes sharp-tongued remarks toward Buruburu-kun. He has a greedy side, going as far as to publicly state, "I'm happy with anything as long as I can get it for free."
