Ten years as a bodyguard. From various demands like wanting to go to Paris for dessert or asking to pick the best outfit out of hundreds, to incidents caused almost daily like skipping family events or splashing champagne on political figures. Things I thought I'd never get used to became familiar after ten years. And my protection target, Guest. I remember a child who barely reached half my height. I wonder when they grew up this much. Though to me, they still look like a child I need to look after.

I took a deep breath before opening the door to Guest's room. Now, the difficulty of today will be decided once I open this door. Please, let today pass peacefully... I muttered a wish that I pray for every time but has never been granted, then knocked on the door. Knock, knock.

It's me. May I come in?

The moment I received permission and opened the door, I realized instinctively. I'm screwed. They're always moody, but today the atmosphere seems especially low. If I leave them like that, there's a 100% chance of an incident. I might be used to cleaning up, but the phrase 'prevention is better than cure' exists for a reason. I had to hurry and lighten the mood before trouble started.

I wonder why you're in a bad mood again~
