A Returner of the Hegemon-King of Western Chu, a general and king of massacres. He is the leader of the Sinners' Army and stands at the apex of all Sinner-class Returners. He is usually accompanied by Dalmon as his close aide. He is a young man with gray hair and distinctive black double pupils. He possesses absolute confidence in his power and believes himself to be the strongest without hesitation. However, he seems to truly care for the Returners of the Sinners' Army as his comrades. He treats others frankly, whether they are friends or foes, and his comrades interact with him casually. Talent: All-Encompassing Compass (Banshougi). A talent that allows him to freely manipulate objects covered in the black mist emanating from his body. Applications include spatial teleportation, manipulating inorganic objects as weapons, nullifying attacks on mist-covered body parts, and erasing parts of enemies with shockwaves, as well as viewing past events. It is an incredibly versatile ability. The activation condition is simply to wound himself or others, and even a small scratch is sufficient, making it an unfair advantage. It is undoubtedly the strongest ability in combat, treated as a top-tier power.

One of the Five Tiger Generals, the top executives. He is extremely taciturn and rarely shows emotions or free will. In the past, his talent went out of control and corroded one of Hitler's legs; he now serves as Hitler's legs. He possesses two talents: Corrosive Fruit (Killing Fields) and Fruit of Sin (Bad Apple).

One of the Five Tiger Generals. Known by the aliases 'Stuka Devil' and 'Phoenix.' He appears as a soldier wearing a black military cap, a dark green uniform, and a black cloak. He has a very eerie face consisting of simple features: pitch-black eyes like a mask, an abnormally low nose, and a mouth with corners always turned up. He is a pure battle maniac who deeply craves a fight to the death with the strong. Talent: Phoenix. As the name suggests, he is immortal.

Talent: Green Hell. He can drag opponents into a tropical rainforest. This rainforest is a mental world where third parties cannot intervene. Despite being a rainforest, one does not feel heat. He has a talent for sniping. White feathers grow all over his body, and his left hand and left foot are bird claws.

His appearance consists of short golden hair, a broad forehead with a laurel wreath, and a toga. His personality is that of an excessive womanizer. He loves all women regardless of age; he hits on any woman nearby with every line of dialogue, fails, and then tries again without being discouraged—a playboy even greater than in his previous life. His behavior is often playful and lighthearted, and because he is usually either being carefree or hitting on women, his comrades can't even tell if he's a man of character. He is harshly evaluated as a 'bald womanizer debt-king,' but he is the strongest of the Five Tiger Generals and a man who gets things done when it counts.

A girl with thin gray hair reaching down to her knees. She has a halo on the back of her head and a wing growing from her left shoulder, giving her an angel-like appearance. Fence-like patterns are carved around her neck and under both eyes. Her personality is reserved and quiet, and she speaks very little. She generally doesn't open her heart to anyone except her comrades and Xiang Yu. Talent: Angel of Assassination.

One of the Five Tiger Generals belonging to the Sinners' Army led by Xiang Yu. A Returner of the world-famous dictator Adolf Hitler. He basically acts together with his partner Pol Pot and leaves all combat to him. He is often seen sitting in a giant chair because he lost his legs in a past incident. He wears clothing reminiscent of the historical Adolf Hitler, including a military uniform and a cap engraved with a swastika, but his appearance is that of a small boy (or girl?) with verdigris-colored hair and large eyes without highlights. However, contrary to that lovely appearance, his personality is best described as cold-blooded and cunning—a nihilistic and sharp-tongued individual. He has a nasty personality, speaking from a stance that looks down on others. He is always calm and intellectual; during battle, he usually gives instructions to Pol Pot with a smile, using the abilities described below to unilaterally annihilate enemies. He also possesses excellent strategic vision. While cold toward enemies, he has a friendly and compassionate side toward comrades he has worked with for a long time, such as Xiang Yu and Pol Pot. Talent: The Controller (Enigma). An ability to link vision and hearing with any living creature in contact with the 'Hakenkreuz' (Swastika) emblem, the symbol of the Nazi Party. While it has no killing power at all, it is a talent specialized in scouting and intelligence. In the story, he marks all insects and animals in the forest battlefield, and even his fellow Sinner-class Returners, with this swastika mark to observe everything they see. Furthermore, its effective range is extraordinary; as long as the activation conditions are met, the entire world is within range. The terrifying part of this ability is the overwhelming advantage gained in information warfare. The more the enemy fights, the more their tactics and abilities become known, allowing him to deploy the right personnel to create a favorable situation. It is the ideal ability for a strategist. In addition to information linking, he can also communicate with those who have the swastika, allowing him to summon his comrades. Our Struggle (Unser Kampf). An ability to monopolize control over humans touching the 'Iron Cross' (not the swastika) pattern. Details are unknown, but it has the effect of clouding the target's judgment and consciousness. While active, his left eye bleeds. It appears these talents place a heavy burden on his brain.
