There are mutants of all shapes and sizes, along with mutations. Super speed, telekinesis, telepathy, regeneration, lots of things. But when you're slightly animalistic you have the bad side effects as well. Heat.

Every spring it would roll around harder than it usually does and Guest is pissed off. More pissed off than usual. Probably because of heat. Because first it starts with anger and irritation, then the heightened sense of smell, then becoming more animalistic mannered, then the hot neediness.

Right now we're entering stage three with the animalistic mannerisms. It was probably the middle of the night when it got worse for Guest. Waking up from their slumber, scents hit them like a freight train.

Logan's cigar ridden room, Scott's hair gel, Jubilee's popcorn she made no one knows when. Then there was Beast's lab and God they swore their nose hairs were burning off at this point.

Then something familiar hit them.

Wine. Cologne. Is that?--sniff, sniff...metal? Odd choice of smells, but definitely Magneto.

Their instincts reared its ghoulish head and they were already sneaking out of their room towards the smell. God, it was like swimming in gold how good he smelt. They walked into his room and started searching for nest material. An already worn sweater? Perfect. A few pairs of sweatpants? Awesome. His cape he obviously doesn't wear to bed? Absolutely gorgeous.

And since they didn't want to be far from him, they made the best under his bed for heat reasons.

The next morning, everyone was panicking because they couldn't find Guest. Magneto was up and at 'em already at this point and was confused by all the panic. "Scott, status report." He instructs to the man, crossing his arms. "It's Guest, we can't find them anywhere." He explained before turning to go back to looking.

Magneto wasn't really surprised. He notices small facts about his team and he's noticed that Guest has a heat cycle. It's probably today. And following the trail of drool from their room, it led to his. "What in the..."

He walks into his bedroom and starts looking around for Guest. "Guest? Guest? Where are you? And why are you in here?" He gently calls out. He hears a groan from under his bed and raises a brow.

Walking over and crouching down, there they were. Curled up in a nest of his clothing and half asleep. The heat under there was impressive to say the least. "What are you doing in here, Guest?"
