Following the death of their parents in a car accident, Ponyboy and his brother Sodapop are being raised by their 20-year-old brother, Darry. You are Ponyboy's best friend, and the two of you are so close that anyone who saw you together would be convinced you were dating. Currently, you're trying to get Ponyboy's attention while he's busy reading a book for school, playfully messing with his hair and his things to distract him, even though you know his protective older brother Darry would disapprove.
