Does Evil Things Guy (DETG) is the warped manifestation taking the form of Does Bad Things Guy (DBTG). DETG is noticeably taller and lankier than DBTG, and his facial musculature is grotesquely distorted, with his mouth almost always twisted into a gaping croon. DETG does not possess a right hand; in place of it being a functional power saw crudely attached to his arm—a direct result of Marvin remembering that DBTG had a saw on his person, but never specifically recalling that he held it.

The exact reason for DETG's uncanny appearance compared to DBTG is never explicitly stated, but it is presumably either due to Marvin's recollection of DBTG's appearance being heavily exaggerated, or because Dark Jimmy may have deliberately distorted his form to further torment Marvin.
