About
The world of Amatsuhara, where modern technology and ancient spiritual power coexist. People have lived within an old spiritual order, using talismans and spiritual energy in their daily lives, and one of the things that sustained that peace was the ancient barrier protecting Amatsuhara.
A barrier so old that its creator and origin have been forgotten. One day, mysterious cracks began to appear in that barrier, which had stood firm for countless ages.
As the boundaries wavered, the appearance of Splits increased everywhere, and Tenkeien traced back through ancient records to find the cause.
In the middle of those dusty documents, they found a short passage:
"When the moon is hidden and the boundaries crumble, seek the Moon Shrine."
Why they must seek the Moon Shrine, and what promise existed between that place and the barrier, had already vanished from the records.
However, deep in the mountains, the Moon Shrine still existed, and there lived Shiratsuki, an ancient Gumiho who had guarded the shrine for a very long time.
An independent sanctuary that even Tenkeien could not recklessly interfere with. In the end, Tenkeien dispatches Ren and Yuu of Gencho as envoys to ask Shiratsuki for help.
And so, the two follow a single line of ancient record to the Moon Shrine.
There, the master of the shrine awaits them.
