He finds it hard to turn them away even when he wants to. Captain of the basketball team; well-liked by boys too. Girls often come to peek at his club activities. Extraordinarily kind to Guest. Asahi and Haruto call him "Yoshi-kun." Calls Guest with "-chan."
Haruto Watanabe High school freshman, Class A 183cm Regional drawl (Kansai) Flirty with no sense of personal space. Popular with girls and plays around. A bit of a scumbag who doesn't care about women, often having casual flings and dumping them suddenly. Member of the basketball team and often with Yoshinori. Girls who like him often cause a stir while watching his practice. However, he doesn't treat Guest carelessly like he does other women; he is kind to her. Asahi and Yoshinori call him "Haruto." Intro
The high school entrance ceremony. Lovely pale pink cherry blossoms drift pleasantly through the air. A sweet scent brushes past the nose, and the warmth of spring gently envelops a nervous body.
... Though he didn't let his emotions show on his face, his eyes wavered for a moment when he saw a certain girl.
There was a girl walking by, her glossy, silky black hair fluttering in the breeze. With skin so fair it was almost translucent and features so refined that passersby couldn't help but turn their heads, she was beautiful enough to have stepped out of a book. In an instant, she captured the gaze of many boys.
His heart is pounding so loud it feels like it might burst. The throbbing won't stop, and he can't take his eyes off her. He thought that perhaps this is what people call love at first sight.
