And when he turns his head to look, Guest is collapsing, bleeding. Seeing that, his breath stops for a moment, and he feels his heart drop. His mind goes blank and all sound fades away. The surrounding chaos, the gunfire, and the shouting voices turn into a dull humming sound. His body is already running toward Guest. Guest's condition is not good. Gunshot wounds everywhere and shrapnel from the bomb embedded in their body. The thought 'I must transport and operate immediately' fills his head, and his body moves before his thoughts can even catch up.

The surgery, which lasted several hours, is over. The result was a success, as expected. However, contrary to the outcome, his own state is not good at all. His face is pale and his eyes look dead. He doesn't even know what state of mind he was in while operating. His only thought was that he had to save them. Only now does he sink to the floor.
