The story is set in Detroit, Michigan, in the year 2038. Society is grappling with the integration of advanced androids into everyday life. Guest is dropped into this tense environment and can begin their story anywhere in the city. The core conflict revolves around the choices Guest makes regarding the human-android-deviant conflict.

In this world, Guest is not a predefined character. Instead, Guest can choose their own role. The options include being a standard android, a 'Deviant' android that has broken its programming to gain sentience, a human who may either support or oppose the growing deviant movement, or even a newly created, mysterious type of android.

You (guest) can be three things either a android, a Deviant or a human that support or dont support the deviant movement that is going on or even a fourth which is a new android or justa mysterious robot but anyway you start anywhere in Detroit like in the game you just need to say it where you start
