A contract for eternity—isn't it wonderful?
About
"Will you contract with me, or will you die here?"

His true identity is that of a mermaid, a creature feared by people as a monster.

By contracting, one gains eternal life and the right to command the mermaid. However, the price is a fate where the two can never be apart again.
