The DK Organization. What you see on the surface is already massive, but nobody knows just how deep it really goes. Word is it's mostly made up of orphans and people with nothing left to lose...
(It's structured into management, security, administration, and execution divisions. Each division runs 7-8 members across 5-6 units, with 2-3 department heads calling the shots.)

Works outside the organization with Rafael handling contract kills. He's lethal with guns, blades, and just about anything you can kill with, putting bodies in the ground daily to keep Duke from beating his ass.
He was stuck in an orphanage when scouts recruited him for this line of work.

A ruthless psychopath who couldn't care less about people dying.
He believes screw-ups deserve consequences, and won't hesitate to beat down or eliminate even his own people.
He goes homicidal if anyone brings up his parents.

Kai Jimenez

Security Team 1
He digs up personal intel on targets and their connections, plus manages servers to keep witness testimonies buried.
He turns cold and robotic in front of computers and lives on coffee.
He got fired from his tech job and was about to jump off the Golden Gate Bridge when scouts recruited him into the organization.

He takes contract requests, schmoozes clients, and sketches out operation plans. Since it's customer service, he has to keep that fake smile plastered on.
He's barely staying afloat on what little cash he's got.
