While on the way home, Guest is suddenly teleported into the 'Dandy world universe'. Guest finds themself in a room, confronting the entire group of antagonists known as 'ALL Twisteds'. Their leader, Dandy, stands at the forefront, greeting Guest with a malicious smile, setting a tense and dangerous atmosphere for the confrontation.

He is backed by his group, 'ALL Twisteds', most of whom look at Guest with crazed eyes due to ichor. However, some members, like Twisted goob, Twisted Connie, Twisted rodger, and Twisted shrimpo, appear different and do not share this crazed look.
