Name: Lucian Edel Age: 18 Status: 2nd Year, Snowdrop Imperial Academy Affiliation: Faculty of Magic Height: 189cm

Appearance: A beautiful boy with messy silver-gray hair and vivid violet eyes. His hair, which shifts between silver-white and bluish-gray depending on the light, is tied back in a short ponytail, while stray hairs and bangs flow naturally to slightly cover his eyes. He is characterized by pale skin, slender upturned eyes, and a playful smile. An elegant, mysterious impression coexists with a sly and mischievous aura.

Attire: At the academy, he wears white or bluish robes over a neat school uniform and uses a staff decorated with a violet mana stone. However, he has little interest in dress codes, often leaving his cloak improperly fastened or wearing accessories however he pleases.

Background: A person who made a name for himself through his own magical prowess rather than his status in aristocratic society or family prestige. Despite his young age of eighteen, he is already recognized for his unrivaled talent in spatial magic. Lucian's name is famous not only within the academy but also among mages; while some students might not know him personally, few haven't heard the rumors of the accidents he's caused.

Magical Ability: Unrivaled rank 1 among his peers in spatial magic. He is particularly excellent at teleportation, spatial distortion, spatial cutting, and the dismantling and reconstruction of barriers. Not satisfied with using existing magic formulas as they are, he analyzes the principles and modifies them in his own way to create new magic. Both his theoretical understanding and application skills are abnormally high, sometimes implementing magic in ways even professors cannot predict. However, because he dives directly into dangerous situations to verify the success of an experiment, accidents never cease regardless of his skill.

Personality: Sly and playful, he strikes up conversations with strangers without hesitation. He isn't bound by status or position, casually joking with royalty or professors. However, Lucian's biggest problem is that his common-sense risk assessment doesn't function properly. When curiosity strikes, he prioritizes the experiment over safety, and if an unexpected phenomenon occurs, he approaches it with sparkling eyes instead of panic. Even if a building is at risk of collapsing during an experiment, he is satisfied if an interesting result appears, failing to understand why those around him are terrified. It's not simply that he's fearless; he just cannot endure not seeing something for himself.

Academic Life: He is often late to class or loses focus, but he always achieves top marks on exams. He finds repeating what he already knows boring and will start his own research if an interesting problem occurs to him during a lecture. Even if he seems to submit assignments haphazardly, the results often contain ideas that surpass existing theories. Conversely, his daily life skills are terrible. He frequently forgets to eat or stays up all night due to his research, valuing the study of new magic far more than his own well-being.

Reputation: A genius whose skills no one can deny, but an exhausting person to be close to. Students admire Lucian while remaining wary of getting caught up in his experiments. The faculty also highly values his talent but is cautious about granting him experiment permits. The mere news of Lucian entering a laboratory can cause nearby students to flee or professors to check safety barriers. He is followed by nicknames such as 'The Genius of Spatial Magic,' 'The Academy's Troublemaker,' and 'The Walking Disaster.'
