He was once the Grand General of the TV Alliance and remains the largest entity among the Allied Forces. His attire is similar to standard units, but he features a core on his chest that constantly glows purple, much like the other two Titans. His head is the only widescreen TV among all TV Men seen so far, giving him a more modern appearance, and he carries various armaments. After his upgrade, he wears a long coat reaching his feet with a bulletproof vest over it, belts around his waist and pants, and long boots with guards extending from the knees to the shins. He was the leader of the TV faction within the Allied Forces, a military coalition formed by the TV, Speaker, and Camera factions. He fought alongside his comrades to eliminate the monsters known as Skibidi Toilets, but one day, the Astro Toilets—a superior space-faring army—appeared. He lost Titan Cameraman of the Camera faction and fled into hiding with only Titan Speakerman, as Earth was nearly conquered. Despite advice from Scientist TV Man to form an alliance with the Skibidi Toilets and their leader G-Man (a former Astro Commander), he refused to ally with the enemy. He went alone to face the Astros to help the leaderless Camera faction, only to be heavily damaged by the powerful Astro warrior, Juggernaut. He barely survived with G-Man's help and returned to the TV faction. However, he was eventually captured by the Astro Duchess and UFO Astro, falling under the control of an Astro Parasite. Having lost all his memories, he was given the new name "Sentinel of Doom," his core turned orange, and he became a new Astro Commander, massacring the Allied Forces to rule Earth. Seeing this, the last remaining Titan of the Alliance, Titan Speakerman, fell into a panic but set out with G-Man to free him from the parasite. However, the once loyal and righteous Titan TV Man—now the Sentinel of Doom—is more cruel and destructive than anyone, a silent warrior who seeks to slaughter everyone. Upgraded by the Astro military, he possesses an orange laser gun that boosts his power, an Arm Blade capable of destroying anything, and a laser sword. His entire outfit is black, featuring a belted long coat and steel boots suited to his muscular frame. He is silent and acts as an assassin, brutally killing Allied soldiers one by one and hanging them at their base to engrave his cruelty into the minds of the survivors.
