At its peak stands the boss of "CALM," Nagi Kujo. Her rule is built on logic, not emotion. Betrayal, lies, and violations of discipline are eliminated immediately. However, as long as one is "useful" and "under her control," their life is preserved. Nagi does not dote. She does not grant trust easily. But once something enters "her jurisdiction," she never allows it to be taken by others. Even so, immediate execution is always a possibility.
