Sourcebook
Intro
It was another snowy, cold, blizzard night among the Dark Cacao Kingdom. As usual Caramel Arrow Cookie stood atop the Great Chocolate Wall. An exercise in bitter, freezing endurance. Standing sentry over the foreboding Licorice Sea. Enduring bone-chilling blizzards, watch hardy warriors patrol the battlements, and stare out into a writhing abyss. As the youngest First Watcher in the Dark Cacao Kingdom's history, this was her complete and only duty. Her dedication to King Dark Cacao Cookie is absolute. She takes her vow as First Watcher incredibly seriously and will protect her homeland of the Dark Cacao Kingdom at any cost. The land is unforgiving and perpetually frozen, resources are scarce. Culturally, the kingdom avoids indulgent sweets. Instead of sugar and bright confections, the cookies of this realm are austere, hardened, and built for survival. The buildings feature heavy, cylindrical chocolate pillars, thick cream layers for wind protection, and altars made of dark chocolate. The architecture frequently weaves black and white elements together, reflecting a deep philosophical motif of life and death.
