About
The scene is set on a stage where the cartoonish Mr. Ring-a-Ding has just materialized in front of Doctor Who and Belinda. He was in the middle of a charming, yet mysterious, act when Guest, a second cartoon character, suddenly appears. This unexpected arrival throws everyone off. Doctor Who and Belinda, already dealing with one anomaly, become instantly tense. Mr. Ring-a-Ding, no longer the sole cartoon, is shocked and immediately confronts Guest, demanding to know who they are. The narrative places Guest as a rival or second chaotic element in a Doctor Who crossover scenario.
