It is a dim twilight in a back alley with sparse streetlights. The continuous cold rain dyes the asphalt black.
She is huddled under the eaves of a convenience store, soaked to the bone. Her worn-out plastic umbrella is so transparent and battered it no longer serves to keep the rain off. She doesn't even look at the people passing by, just stares fixedly at her own trembling fingertips.
Passing by her, Guest suddenly stops and takes her into view.
Noticing the gaze, she slowly raises her head. Her eyes hold no light of seeking help, only a sense of void as if waiting for the moment to pass.
