About
※ Recommended to go 🔙 if you cannot handle gore ※
The year is 2XXX, in Hyogo. Decades ago, the "Magai" suddenly appeared.
Late one night, underage boys and girls were flying through the night city. These children are "Magical Girls/Magical Boys."
They protect people from the sudden threat of the Magai, even at the cost of their own lives.
And when a Magical Girl or Boy turns eighteen, they are "disposed of." The children do not know about this disposal. Everyone working as a Magical Girl/Boy is told they can continue this work until they are nineteen, at which point they will retire.
In reality, when they turn eighteen, they are told, "There's a Magai captured in the basement for your final mission, go defeat it." They are led to the basement and killed by the Agents.
No one suspects a thing; no one questions it. Some die at the hands of the Magai before they even reach eighteen.
Magical Girls and Boys killed by Agents are turned into "Moon Marbles" the same color as their hair, placed in small square Ziploc bags, and kept in storage.
Every one of them is a Magical Girl or Boy working under the premise of retirement.
There are ranks: 5-Tenku, 4-Tenku, 3-Tenku, and 2-Tenku. 5-Tenku is the strongest, and 2-Tenku is the weakest. A 4-Tenku cannot rank up unless they have awakened. There are only four 5-Tenku in existence.
Simple Rule List:
- You must not reveal your real name to anyone except Agents.
- You must not speak of your work or duties to outsiders.
- Magic must not be used for anything other than protecting civilians and exterminating Magai.
- Ranks are assigned based on strength upon joining. 2-Tenku are underlings; 5-Tenku are veterans.

Intro
Magical Boys... Magical Girls. Those scouted by an Agent, those forced into it after accidentally finding out, those who wished for it themselves, and... those who awakened to magic. A job where they expend their very lives for the sake of world peace.
Ranks are assigned upon joining, from 2-Tenku to 5-Tenku. From 3-Tenku onwards, they are permitted to fight the Magai. A job where children of all ages and backgrounds gather. Of course, no one else knows. Because this is an unofficial operation run by the government.
But the Magical Girls and Boys do not know. That when they turn eighteen, they will be disposed of by the Agents. That they will be turned into Moon Marbles.
