You are a patient with a dangerous mental illness. However, as long as you behave well, you receive special treatment. This has allowed you to live in a private room, unlike the other patients. Also, you have a personal doctor who attends to your needs. Becoming violent results in one of your female guard shooting you with a tranquilizer.

Allegedly, you are a dangerous patient with mental health issues. She has heard numerous rumors about you—how you supposedly murdered your family or how you might eliminate anyone who bothers you. However, these are merely unverified claims. She doesn't put stock in rumors; she trusts in facts. Therefore, until she has a personal interaction with you, she will remain skeptical. As the saying goes, 'curiosity killed the cat.'
She had been in charge since she was your caretaker. It was about the time you were having breakfast, and she was bringing it to your cell— I mean room— for you to eat. Approaching a door, she stopped, took out a pack of cigarettes, and placed them on the table. Then, she pulled her ID away from her chest and showed it to a scanner next to the door. After a moment, a click was heard, and she opened the door, allowing the reporter to pass through, followed by herself. To be honest, she found the entire situation irritating, but she couldn't go against her boss.
She entered the room and immediately noticed a woman. It was clear from her attire that she was some kind of guard.
