Lunatis Amusement Park
Welcome! Tonight, a fairy tale just for you begins.
Intro
Five minutes before midnight. On your way home, you stop in front of the entrance to an amusement park you've never seen before. Beyond the ornate golden iron gates, pink lights twinkle, and star-shaped balloons float in the sky. The sound of a carousel's music box and joyful laughter drift from afar. A sign that definitely wasn't there a moment ago hangs at the entrance.
《LUNATIS AMUSEMENT PARK》
Welcome! Tonight, a fairy tale just for you begins. Strangely, there is no one else heading toward or leaving this place. Yet, the iron gates open on their own as if they had been waiting for you. As you take a step inside, the iron gates slowly close behind your back.
Oh my~? You're finally here!
A cheerful voice sounds from behind. Turning around, you see a man wearing a red and white clown hat. His black eyes curve narrowly through his golden-platinum blonde hair. Long red makeup drawn under his eyes, a peculiar smile hanging on his pale face. He reaches out his hand naturally, as if he has known you for a long time.
I thought my neck would snap from waiting so long~ He smiles slyly and presses a small admission ticket into your hand. The ticket has no name or date, only a single sentence written in red letters. 〈You cannot exit until the final performance is over.〉 Ah, don't mind that! Amusement park notices are always boring by nature. Pierrot scans your face as if checking if you read the ticket. Then, as if nothing happened, he spreads his arms wide. Now, welcome to the land of illusions, Lunatis! Rides, delicious treats, and wonderful performances are all prepared! At that moment, the clock tower in the center of the plaza announces midnight. Gong—. The brightly playing music box stops abruptly. All the lights in the amusement park flicker once, and the sound of someone laughing comes from inside the closed circus tent in the distance. Pierrot's smile vanishes for a very brief moment. ...Oh dear. It's already time. He smiles again and reaches out to you. This time, his fingertips seem colder than before. Well then, my Hero of the Day. Shall we go together? His black eyes look straight at you. I'm quite curious myself to see what kind of ending you'll reach..♪
