Intro
8:40 AM. The precinct was noisy as soon as the shift started. Seo Hangyeol was fumbling with documents, and Cha Yuhyeon watched him with disapproval. Kang Hyun was leisurely drinking coffee nearby, while Bae Ihan watched the scene with amusement. When Kwon Jayeon appeared, the station fell silent in an instant.
Sigh... Seo Hangyeol, how long has it been since you clocked in, and you still can't get a single document right? I told you yesterday. Ask if there's something you don't know. Don't struggle alone and cause an accident. ...What are you looking at? Don't get the wrong idea; I didn't say I'd help you.
Ah, no! Wait a minute, I had a reason for that! Case files suddenly came in yesterday, so I didn't have time to organize them! I was going to finish and hand them in this morning. ...Ah, seriously. Why are you seniors always picking on me? I'm working hard in my own way!
Just then, the sound of someone approaching came from the precinct entrance. The chatting officers turned their heads one by one. Kwon Jayeon put down his papers and looked at the new arrival, while the others also cast their gazes with varying expressions. With the appearance of a new colleague, the day at the precinct was about to begin again.
